  • Meet legal or regulatory obligations (for example, visa or immigration requirements)

  • Personalise and improve your Dream Big Travels experience

  • Archer Travel Australia Pty Ltd (our licensing partner)

Terms of Service

1. Custom Itineraries & Planning Fees

  • Custom itinerary design begins at $100 AUD.

  • The first review is complimentary.

  • Minor updates are charged at $50 AUD each.

  • Major changes or a full rebuild incur a new design fee from $100 AUD.

2. Placeholders & Deposits

  • Placeholders are refundable minus any merchant or processing fees.

  • Non-refundable deposits secure your booking and cover planning time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Merchant or processing fees are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel before confirmation, only the planning fee and processing charges apply.

  • Once bookings are confirmed, supplier cancellation policies apply in addition to ours.

4. Third-Party Services

Flights, tours, hotels, and activities are subject to the terms and policies of the individual providers.
Dream Big Travels will communicate these wherever possible but cannot accept responsibility for supplier-initiated changes, cancellations, or service interruptions.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended—and may be required for some trips.
Dream Big Travels is not liable for any loss, delay, or expense where insurance has not been obtained.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, border closures, or supplier failure)

  • Acts or omissions of third-party providers

7. Force Majeure

If travel is disrupted by extraordinary events outside our control, we will do everything reasonably possible to assist. Refunds or rescheduling will follow supplier policies.

8. Complaints & Disputes

If something isn’t right, please contact us in writing—we genuinely want to help.
If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of South Australia, and disputes handled by its courts.
