2. Terms of Service

Custom Itineraries

  • Custom itinerary design starts at $100.

  • The first review is free.

  • Extra revisions, minor changes, or refinements: $50 each.

  • Major changes or full rebuilds reset the fee structure from $100.

Placeholders & Deposits

  • Placeholders are refundable minus processing/merchant fees if paid via credit/debit card.

  • Non-refundable deposits secure your booking and cover initial planning costs.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Merchant/processing fees are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel before final confirmation, only planning fees and processing fees apply.

  • Once bookings are confirmed, supplier cancellation policies apply in addition to ours.

Third-Party Services

  • All tours, hotels, flights, and activities are subject to the terms of service, conditions, and cancellation policies of the relevant provider.

  • Dream Big Travels will communicate these wherever possible but is not responsible for changes or cancellations made by suppliers.

Insurance Responsibility

All travelers are strongly advised—and in some cases required—to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Dream Big Travels is not responsible for losses where insurance has not been obtained.

Limitation of Liability

Dream Big Travels is not liable for:

  • Losses, damages, or expenses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, border closures, pandemics, strikes, or supplier failures.

  • Any acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

Force Majeure

If travel plans are disrupted by extraordinary events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will make every reasonable effort to assist. Refunds or rescheduling will follow the policies of the relevant suppliers.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the matter. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of South Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
