And as we successfully hosted and facilitated these camps as we travel ourselves, we have refined and curated experiences that bring families from all over the world together through World School Camps in Vietnam, Egypt, Japan, and Borneo.

Why become a group leader…
You're already doing most of this.
If you're already leading a homeschool community — organising meetups, sharing resources, connecting families, holding a group together — then becoming a Group Leader for a World School Camp isn't a big leap. It's a natural next step.
You're already the person your community trusts to find good things and share them honestly. That's genuinely all we're asking you to do here — with a destination attached.
The rest of it — the bookings, the payments, the logistics, the local guides, the itinerary — that's on us. We've done this before, across four countries, with our own four kids in tow. You bring the community. We'll take care of the trip.
How It Works
Four steps to leading your community somewhere extraordinary.
You don't need to be a travel expert. You need to be someone your community already trusts — and we take care of everything else.
01) Apply as a Group Leader
Submit a short expression of interest. We'll connect within 48 hours and set you up with your full leader kit.
02) Choose your destination
Pick from Vietnam, Japan, Egypt, or Borneo — or let your community guide the choice. We'll match you to the right 2027 camp date.
03) Share with your people
Use your personal booking link and our ready-made materials to invite your homeschool community in your own voice.
04) Earn credits, lead the trip
For every 10 PAX your group brings, you earn 1 PAX credit toward your family's own trip costs. Then travel as a leader.
Group Leader Credits
The more your community comes, the less your family pays.
Credits apply to your family's land costs — accommodation and all activities. Confirmed in writing once deposits are locked in. No cash, no commission. Just your family's place on the trip, earned.
PAX counts below refer to confirmed, deposit-paid participants from your community — your own family is not included in these numbers.
8–9 PAX from your community
0.5 PAX Credit
The minimum to activate credits. Half a fare credited to your family's trip cost. This is the threshold — below 8, no credits apply.
10–19 PAX from your community
1 PAX Credit
One full fare credited against your family's land cost.
20–29 PAX from your community
1.5 PAX Credit
One and a half fares credited — a substantial saving on your family's total land cost.
Strong earner30+ PAX from your community
2 PAX Credit
Maximum credit — two full fares covered. The cap regardless of group size beyond 30.

All PAX counts refer to confirmed, deposit-paid participants from your community — your own family's booking does not count toward your credit total. Credits activate at a minimum of 8 confirmed PAX. The credit tiers are: 8–9 PAX = 0.5 credit, 10–19 PAX = 1 credit, 20–29 PAX = 1.5 credits, 30+ PAX = 2 credits (maximum). Credits cover land costs only (accommodation + activities), are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are confirmed in writing before final balances are due.

Building a group from scratch takes real effort. If you find yourself a few PAX short, we can try to help — but we want to be upfront: there are no guarantees. Here's exactly what we can and can't promise.
How it works
Private group first. Open to others — if you choose, and if we can.
Every Group Leader starts with a private booking page — exclusively for their community. Your group builds in its own trusted space, with no outside interference.
If you're a few PAX short as the booking deadline approaches, we give you the option to open the remaining spots to the wider Dream Big Travels community. We'll promote them through our newsletter, social channels, and partner networks — across Australia and internationally.
We will always try our hardest to help fill those spots. But we want to be honest with you: we cannot guarantee that we will find the PAX needed to reach the minimum group size. Demand varies by destination, season, and timing — and ultimately, the success of a group rests primarily with the Group Leader's own community-building efforts.
If the minimum of 8 confirmed, paying PAX — not including your own family — is not reached by the booking deadline, whether through your community alone or with our assistance, the trip for that departure will not proceed and deposits will be refunded in full per our cancellation policy.
Your choice, always. Opening the group is entirely opt-in. You decide if and when you're ready. We never open your group without your explicit agreement — and we'll always be transparent with you about how the wider promotion is tracking.
How the open group process works
You've shared with your community and have, say, 14 of 20 PAX confirmed. You're 6 short of your target with a few weeks to go.
We reach out to you and ask: would you like us to open the remaining spots? No pressure, your call entirely.
If yes, we promote the open spots to our wider community via our newsletter, social channels, and partner networks — across Australia and internationally.
New families join through the same booking page. Your role as Group Leader is unchanged. Your credits are calculated on your original community's PAX — not the new arrivals.
If spots are filled, the group goes ahead and your community travels alongside new worldschooling friends from across the globe. If spots remain unfilled and the minimum isn't reached, we'll work with you on next steps — including rolling your group to a later date.
Important — please read: While we will actively promote open spots and do everything we can to help, Dream Big Travels cannot guarantee that remaining spots will be filled. The open group option is a best-effort support measure, not a promise that every trip will proceed. The primary responsibility for building a group rests with the Group Leader.
Group Leader Policy
How we work together.
This is an honest partnership. You're not an employee, not an agent, and we're not asking you to sell. We want to be completely clear about what this is — and what it isn't.

✓ Share your personal link through your group chats, social media, email, or word of mouth — in your own voice.
✓ Use our provided materials — images, captions, and the Info Pack — adapted for your community's tone.
✓ Answer general questions from your group and direct anything specific to us directly.
✓ Share your genuine enthusiasm — if you believe in this experience, say so. Authenticity is why we want you.
✓ Earn credits once your community reaches 8 confirmed, deposit-paid PAX — not including your own family's booking. Credits scale in tiers up to a maximum of 2 adult fares and are applied to your family's land costs only.
✓ Opt in to the open group program if you need extra PAX to close your group — entirely on your terms.
✕ What you may not do
✕ Make promises or guarantees about the trip on our behalf. All specific enquiries must come to us.
✕ Collect money or deposits from your community. All bookings and payments are handled exclusively by Dream Big Travels.
✕ Represent yourself as an employee or agent of Dream Big Travels. You're a community leader sharing something you believe in — nothing more.
✕ Pressure or incentivise members of your community to book. Sharing is welcome — selling is not.
✕ Misrepresent pricing or inclusions. Always use our materials or direct people to the booking page for specifics.
✕ Modify or reproduce our itinerary or materials in a way that misrepresents what the trip includes or excludes.
🏮A note on transparency:
We ask that you let your community know you may receive a travel credit as a Group Leader for this trip. Honest promotion is the only kind we want — your community will respect you more for it, and it keeps everyone on the right side of Australian consumer guidelines around referral arrangements.
